2nd Arrest Made In Immokalee Home Invasion

3rd UPDATE: A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with this crime.

Markease Luduntae Williams, 19, of Lehigh Acres, is charged with armed robbery-home invasion and petty theft.

Deputies located Williams Wednesday at Doak Avenue South and 5th Street in Immokalee on Thursday and arrested him.

Man Charged In Immokalee Home Invasion

2nd UPDATE: A North Carolina man has been arrested and charged in connection with this crime.

Shane Tradale Johnson, 20, of Fayetteville is charged with robbery-home invasion with a deadly weapon, trespass on school grounds, disrupting a school function and petty theft.

Arrest reports say the victim told deputies that two men wearing all black clothing and ski masks and gloves entered her residence through a back door while she was watching TV. One of the men had a gun and the other had a screwdriver.

The victim ran out of her house screaming. The two men fled on foot, reports said.

Deputies located Johnson on the grounds of Immokalee High School. He matched the description of one of the robbers given by the victim, reports said.

Deputies using K-9 tracking dogs were unable to locate the other suspect.

An investigation continues.

UPDATE: Deputies have one suspect in custody in connection with this case.

Immokalee High School is no longer on lockdown. Classes have resumed.

Deputies are searching for two men in connection with a home invasion robbery in Immokalee this morning.

The robbery was reported at 214 Washington Ave. at 8:09 a.m.

Deputies are searching for two suspects who fled on foot.

Nearby Immokalee High School was placed on lockdown as a precaution.
