MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) is honoring three CCSO deputies for the number of DUI arrests they made in 2008.
The honorees are Sgt. Dan Salls, Cpl. Rashaad Smith and Cpl. Jacy Birtolo. Salls made 100 DUI arrests, Smith 99 arrests and Birtolo 116 arrests over the course of the year.
This is not the first time Salls and Birtolo have been honored by MADD. Each also made more than 100 DUI arrests in 2007.
