CCSO received a call around 7:35 p.m. that two men were seen removing scrap metal at the McDonald’s currently under construction, 2886 U.S. 41 East.
Deputies spoke with Thomas Lee Tabor, 52, and Augstin Nino Lozano, 53, and located Tabor’s green SUV filled with aluminum taken from the site and different types of construction tools.
Both were charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and grand theft.
