Volunteers picked up trash and debris, including old appliances, tires and car parts. Three construction sized dumpsters were available to help haul away the unwanted items.
The cleanup began at 9 a.m. at the Copeland Baptist Mission, 900 Church St., and around 20 people showed up to help fill all three dumpsters to the brim.
