Update: Death Investigation In East Naples

UPDATE: The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is now calling the deaths of two people in East Naples a murder-suicide.

Through their investigation detectives determined 41-year-old William John Healy III killed his 33-year-old wife Claudia Isabella Krautwurst Healy and then killed himself.

The couple’s bodies were found inside their residence at 7965 Umberto Court around 11 a.m. Friday.

Deputies responded to the residence to conduct a check on the couple’s welfare after William Healy failed to show up for work over the past two days.

Deputies entered the residence and discovered the bodies in separate areas of the home.

The Collier County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct the autopsies and determine the cause of death.

An investigation continues.

Death Investigation In East Naples

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is conducting a death investigation after the bodies of two people were discovered inside an East Naples residence Friday.

The bodies of a man and a woman were found inside the residence at 7965 Umberto Court around 11 a.m.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is not releasing their names pending notification of family members.

The cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.

An investigation continues.
