The Nov. 19 event was sponsored through a joint partnership with CCSO's Everglades Community Safety Team and the Everglades City School, 415 School Drive.
The event gave middle- and high-school-age students the opportunity to learn about careers in various professions, including law enforcement and the military. CCSO deputies and Everglades School alumni were on hand to talk to students.
Representatives from colleges and other schools were also available to discuss programs that can help students achieve their goals in life.
