Update: Home Invasion Robbery in Immokalee

Update:
CCSO deputies have arrested Alberto Ayala, 19, and Kelly Carter, 21, in connection with the home invasion robbery in Immokalee Wednesday night. Both suspects have been charged with Home Invasion Robbery and False Imprisonment.
Detectives say this home invasion robbery does not appear to be related to the recent series of home invasions in Collier County.

Home Invasion Robbery in Immokalee

Collier County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating a report of a home-invasion robbery in Immokalee on Wednesday night.

Deputies say two men armed with guns entered a residence in the 6000 block of State Road 29. The suspects held two juveniles who were visiting the residence at gunpoint and bound both victims.


When deputies arrived at the residence the suspects fled into a wooded are a nearby.  Deputies established a perimeter and searched the wooded area. The men were located and are being detained for questioning.
