Deck The Palms: EN Residents Rewarded For Festive Yard Work

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office and Ace Hardware teamed up during the holiday season to reward East Naples homeowners who went all-out decorating their yards for Christmas.
Four yards were recognized in part of the sheriff’s East Naples district’s “Yard of the Month” program. Each homeowner received a $20 gift certificate courtesy of Ace Hardware for the hard work they put into decorating their yard.

The first award went to Willy and Lisa Douglas, 600 Saint Andrews Blvd., whose home could easily be seen by passers-bys in the Lely area.

Leo Malinowki, 159 Marseilla Drive, was honored for his commitment to making children smile. He and his wife even went the extra mile by dressing up as Mr. and Mrs. Clause whenever kids were around.

Homeowners Francisco and Savana Baez, 910 Central Drive, and Tom Nichols, 2747 Linwood Ave., were also recognized.
