Deputies Searching For Armed Robbery Suspect

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a man who robbed a North Naples convenience store early Tuesday.

Nobody was injured in the robbery, which was reported at Circle K, 6615 Dudley Drive, at 1:42 a.m.

Detectives said a man walked into the store and purchased a cigar. He left the store and returned a short time later. He pulled a gun from his waistband, pointed it at the cashier and demanded money.

The cashier complied and the robber left the store, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Detectives said the robber was described as black, approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, and around 150 pounds to 160 pounds with a thin build. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweat pants, and a white and blue baseball hat

An investigation continues.
