A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged after breaking into a home and selling some stolen items in early October.
A woman contacted CCSO when someone broke into her home, 2064 42nd St. S.W., and stole jewelry, electronics and a Chevrolet Sports Utility Vehicle on Oct. 4.
According to reports, investigators learned that some of stolen jewelry had been sold to First Pawn Jewelry & Loan, 889 Airport-Pulling Road, and Larry’s Pawn Shop East, Fort Myers, by Humberto Antonio Ventura, 1986 45th Terrace S.W.
Deputies, who were serving an un-related warrant to Ventura, found him at his home Wednesday night and also charged him with unarmed burglary of a home, grand theft, dealing in stolen property and resisting an officer without violence.
