A man was arrested Monday after deputies say he tried to steal a swimming pool filter from a neighbor’s house under foreclosure in Golden Gate Estates.Benjamin Mason Bicknell, 29, 2540 31st Ave. N.E., Golden Gate Estates, was charged with grand theft and trespassing.
Reports say Bicknell used an electric saw to cut through the PVC piping that was connecting the filter to the house at 2595 31st Ave. N.E.
Reports say the house was unoccupied due to it being under bank foreclosure.
