Two men were arrested in Immokalee on Tuesday night after they were found loitering around a construction site.
Deputies arrested Roberto Rios, 27, and Jose Baltazar, 30, and charged them with loitering and prowling and carrying a concealed firearm.
Reports give this account:
While on patrol at the Arrowhead development off Lake Trafford Road, a deputy saw a truck back into a construction site in the 1300 block of Lincoln Court. The truck had its lights off. As the deputy walked up to the truck, he was able to keep two of the men there, but one ran off.
Inside the truck, deputies found a loaded .22 caliber weapon on the passenger side of the truck.
Since they had the concealed weapon and couldn't give good reason for being on the site at 8:15 p.m. in the truck, they were arrested. Deputies searched for, but couldn't find the third person.
Baltazar had three warrants from Hendry County.
