The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered Sexual Predator Alan Carpenter has moved to 3400 Seagrape Ave. #2, East Naples.
Carpenter is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is Sexual Battery/Coerce Child by an adult, FSS 794.011(8)(b) (Principal); sexual battery by an adult/victim under 12 years; FSS 794.011(2) (Principal in attempt).
Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
