Two men were arrested Thursday on indecent exposure charges in separate incidents at two North Naples parks.Ora Edward Niccum, 65, 2135 Malibu Lake Circle, Apt. 1914, North Naples, and Richard B. Miller, 82, of Columbus, Ohio, were each charged with indecent exposure in public.
Reports say Miller exposed his genitals to an undercover deputy and then asked the deputy to perform a sex act on him around 4 p.m. at Cocohatchee Park, 13531 Vanderbilt Drive. Around 20 other visitors were in the area using the park at the time, reports said.
Reports say Niccum exposed his genitals to an undercover deputy and asked the deputy to perform a sex act on him at Veterans Community Park, 1895 Veterans Park Drive, around 11:25 a.m. Other people were in the area using the park at the time, reports said.
