Deputies arrested a 74-year-old man Sunday night on a felony charge after they say he exposed himself to a group of children, including a 5-year-old, outside a Golden Gate apartment complex.Mario Ramon Sanchez, 14930 Lighthouse Road, Apt. 9101, was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
Arrest reports said the mother of one of the children old deputies that they were outside their apartment in the Brittany Bay complex around 8 p.m. when Sanchez came out of his apartment and exposed his genitals in front of them.
While deputies were speaking to the children, the youngest of whom was 5, Sanchez came out of his apartment and asked if there was anything he could help with, reports said.
All of the children identified Sanchez as the man who exposed himself to them, reports said.
