Feud Between Neighbors Ends In Felony Arrest

An argument between two neighbors in Golden Gate ended in arrest Thursday after one neighbor pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot the other, sheriff’s reports said.

Michael Louis Hirsch, 42, 4973 21st Place S.W., was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony.

Arrest reports say Louisena Gustave, 25, told deputies that she was sitting in a car outside 4961 21st Place Southwest around 3:15 p.m. when her neighbor, Hirsch, who was in his front yard, for no reason called her a pig.

Hirsch and Gustave began arguing, reports said. Hirsch went to his garage and returned several minutes later with a black handgun and pointed it at Gustave, reports said.

Gustave told deputies that Hirsch “told her to keep on talking . . . and I’m going to put a hole in you,” arrest reports said. She said Hirsch also spit on her arm and clothing, reports said.

Gustave went inside her house and waited for deputies to arrive, reports said.

Reports said Hirsch and Gustave have had an ongoing feud for several years.
