UPDATE: Students Return To Barron Collier After Evacuation

UPDATE: Students are being allowed back into the classrooms at Barron Collier High School.

A search of the building and grounds didn't turn up anything suspicious, deputies said.

Barron Collier High School in North Naples is being evacuated due to a bomb threat.

The threat was called into the school administration, which notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office at 11:14 a.m., deputies said.

School administrators, in conjunction with CCSO, made the decision to evacuate, deputies said.
