An East Naples man was arrested Thursday after deputies say he entered a Collier County Wal-Mart dressed in a Santa shirt and hat and began making sexual comments to customers.Donald Bohn, 63, 1160 Wildwood Lakes Boulevard, Apt. 104, was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to register as a convicted felon.
Reports say a customer at the Wal-Mart at 9885 Collier Boulevard called deputies after Bohn approached her and began asking her questions that were sexual in nature. A second customer complained to store management that Bohn had made sexual comments to her as well, according to reports.
Bohn was in the customer service area when deputies arrived. They escorted him outside to speak with him regarding the complaints. When they checked his background they discovered he was a convicted felon.
