A North Naples woman is facing a felony charge after deputies say she threw an empty baby stroller at her live-in boyfriend during an argument Sunday night.Debra Diane Hayes, 78 Chardon Place, was charged with felony battery.
Arrest reports say Hayes and Kevin Kelly, 39, were arguing inside their residence around 8:45 p.m. Hayes picked up an empty baby stroller and threw it at Kelly, hitting him in the face and causing his lip to split open and bleed, reports said.
Hayes and Kelly have an infant child together, reports said.
