The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Clyde V. Newton has been released from prison and has moved to Naples Inn, 11238 U.S. 41 E., #39, East Naples.
Newton is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is sexual battery by adult/victim under 12 years FSS 794.011(2).
Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
