UPDATE: Deputies arrested a 20-year-old North Naples man on felony charges Friday in connection with this crime.
Kevin Daniel Rapacz, whose address was not available late Friday afternoon, was charged with arson, burglary and criminal mischief to a place of worship.
Rapacz was arrested after an off-duty CCSO deputy spotted him walking outside the Bermuda Island Apartments complex in North Naples, investigators said. Rapacz matched the description of the suspect, investigators said.
He was arrested following interviews with deputies, investigators said.
No further details were available.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on the identity of the person in these photos. Investigators believe he may have information related to a burglary and arson that happened on the morning of Jan. 27 at First Baptist Church, 3000 Orange Blossom Drive, North Naples.
Investigators say this individual appears to be white and in his late teens. In the photo he is wearing black shoes, black pants and a black T-shirt with a gray sweatshirt tied around his waist. He has a relatively thin build and is believed to be tall, according to investigators.
