The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Kelly Estes has been released from prison and currently resides at 11265 U.S. 41 E., Apt #35, East Naples. Estes is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is sexual battery by adult/victim under 12 years old; F.S. 794.11(2).
