The Parade Came Early...

Youth Relations Bureau Cpl. Melvin Gonzalez and Cpl. Ken Vila helped The Learning Center's pre-schoolers at East Naples United Methodist Church celebrate the upcoming Fourth of July weekend during their bike parade Thursday. Before the kids got to ride their bikes, Gonzalez and Vila talked to them about bicycle safety and the importance of knowing when to call 911. After the presentation, everyone went out to the courtyard area where the kids got to ride their bikes, which were decorated in red, white and blue. The kids were excited to show off their American pride!
