The following letter thanking deputies for their professionalism was published in Thursday's edition of The Naples Daily News' Opinion section.

This week a big thank you goes out to Susana Capasso and her fine staff of Collier County code-enforcement officers, along with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, for their Community Clean-Up program in the Twin Lakes area and surrounding neighborhoods of North Naples.
Not only did they supply Dumpsters at a location for easy drop-off and unloading, but I saw many officers going throughout the neighborhood lending a helping hand to many who could not by themselves bring their refuse to the dump site.
Neighbors helping neighbors along with the support of our local government employees? Wow!
Yes, we do live in paradise, but it’s not just our good weather that makes it paradise; it’s the fine and good people who live and work here.
Again, a big thank you to all involved from your friends and neighborhood in Twin Lakes, Naples.
