Search For Missing Estates Man
Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating a Golden Gate Estates man who has been missing since New Year’s Day.
Investigators said Robert Patrick Downey Jr., 30, was last seen around 4 p.m. Jan. 1 by his live-in girlfriend leaving their residence to go to the store. He has not been by friends or family since then.
Investigators said Downey is described as white, 5 feet 9 inches and 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing pajama pants and a black shirt.
Investigators said he was driving a white 2001 Dodge Intrepid with the Florida license plate number 4103HX.
Anyone with information on Downey’s whereabouts is asked to call the Collier County Sheriff’s Office at 252-9300.
