Developing An Alliance With Golden Gate Businesses

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office wants to recognize local business owners and managers as a vital tool to the success of the community through the formation of the Golden Gate Business Alliance.

The GGBA is an information sharing model where CCSO’s goal is to address topics that concern Golden Gate business owners in a relaxed forum.

The CCSO wants to provide an opportunity for businesses located in Golden Gate to work together to increase revenues and learn how to identify and communicate criminal activity.

Golden Gate business owners and managers are encouraged to attend any of the five 45-minute meetings scheduled for Tuesday, May 25, at the Golden Gate Community Center’s auditorium, 4701 Golden Gate Parkway. Meeting times are 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

This first set of meetings will focus on the main business area of Golden Gate, which is concentrated on Golden Gate Parkway between Santa Barbara and Collier boulevards, but future meetings will branch out to the various other locations within Golden Gate.
