The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Ramiro Rodriguez was recently released from prison and has registered a new address with Collier County. Rodriguez currently resides at 11265 U.S. 41 E., Apt. #29, East Naples.
Rodriguez is designated as a sexual predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is sexual battery by adult/victim under 12 years old; F.S. 800.04(5).
Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
