WHAT: Submerged Vehicle Recovery Operation

LOCATION: Crystal Lake Canal, Golden Gate Estates. Directions: Take Golden Gate Boulevard east to Everglades Boulevard south. Turn right on Everglades Boulevard. Take Everglades Boulevard to 42nd Avenue Southeast and turn left. (42nd Avenue Southeast is a dirt road and is the last left turn before Interstate 75).
SUMMARY: Members of the Collier County Sheriff’s Office dive team and Auto Theft Unit will be participating in a vehicle recovery operation in Golden Gate Estates.
Approximately eight or nine submerged vehicles will be pulled from Crystal Lake Canal.
