Cape Man Charged With Traveling To Meet Undercover CCSO Deputy For Sex

A Cape Coral man faces felony charges after he tried to solicit sex from an undercover Collier County Sheriff’s Office detective who was posing as a child online.

Marc Andre Heinrich, 28, began an online chat with the undercover detective who was posing as a 14-year-old Naples girl. During the chat detectives say Heinrich made sexually explicit statements, solicited sex and sent lewd images of himself to the undercover deputy.

In another online chat detectives said Heinrich told the undercover deputy that he wanted to meet for sex and other activities that would get the undercover deputy “used to his touch.”

Heinrich and the undercover deputy agreed to meet at a location in East Naples on Wednesday. Detectives said Heinrich arrived at the location and was arrested.

Heinrich is charged with two counts of traveling to meet after using a computer to lure a child and lewd communication to a minor via computer. Both charges are felonies.
