Deputies Searching For 2 Missing Teens

Deputies are searching for two missing teenagers, including one who has a condition that may require medical attention.

The last time the family of Alexander Wayne Logan saw the 17-year-old was around 9:30 p.m. May 15 at their residence on 20th Street Northeast in Golden Gate Estates. The family reported him missing on May 17, thinking at the time he might have run away from home, according to deputies.

His family is concerned for his well being. Alexander was involved in a vehicle accident that put him in a coma in 2010. He was involved in another serious vehicle accident in March. Due to his injuries and a medical condition, deputies said that family members believe Alexander may not be thinking clearly and may need medical attention.

Alexander may possibly be in the company of another missing juvenile, Kyle Christopher Hodge, 16, deputies said.

The last time Kyle’s family saw him was 11 p.m. May 19 at their residence on Hickory Wood Drive in Golden Gate. They reported him missing May 21, also suspecting he might have run away, deputies said.

Family members of both teens told deputies that the boys never ran away from home before. It’s also uncharacteristic for them to not have contact with their families for so long.

Alexander is described as 6 feet tall and 160 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes.

Kyle is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these teens is asked to call the Collier County Sheriff’s Office at 239.252.9300.
