Woodsin Francois, 8625 Barot Drive, East Naples, was charged with one count of obscene communication to a minor via computer.
Francois was charged with sending the girl a picture of his genitals via cell phone, arrest reports said.
The arrest stems from a Naples Police Department investigation in June involving lewd images Francois is charged with sending a 13-year-old girl. The investigation revealed Woodsin may have sent lewd images to a minor girl in Collier County.
A Collier County Sheriff’s Office investigation determined there was probable cause for his arrest.
Francois was arrested at the Collier County jail, where he has been held since his June 23 arrest by Naples police on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior/victim younger than 16 and using a computer to solicit a child.
