Reports give this account: Around 6:25 a.m. Friday a girl waiting for the bus at Rookery Bay Drive and Manatee Road noticed a faded red four-door hardtop vehicle with tinted windows pull into a parking lot directly behind the bus stop. Moments later the girl saw the man, standing in the gap of a hedge that separates the bus stop and the parking lot, looking at her while masturbating.
The girl was able to run away and report the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male, mid to late 20’s. The man is around 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall with a muscular build and has light blonde hair with a crew cut style. He was wearing a black tank top and black sweat pants.
Investigators are releasing this composite of the suspect.
