Shelter To Host Domestic Violence Presentation

The Shelter for Abused Women & Children will host a presentation for friends and family of loved ones who are in an abusive relationship on Wednesday, Nov. 28 from 5:30 to 7 p.m.


Family and friends will learn about the root and different kinds of abuse, the effects of domestic violence on the family, why victims stay with their abusers and how they can help. A question and answer session will also help answer specific questions.

The presentation is free and will take place at the Naples Community Hospital’s Telford Building, Classroom #3, 350 7th Street N., Naples.
