CCSO Exhibit Features Children’s Art

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with Redlands Christian Migrant Association to display artwork of children served by the organization.

CCSO will host a public reception for the ninth installment of the Community Gallery, an arts exhibit housed within the Sheriff’s Office, on Thursday, April 11, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The gallery is located at the administrative offices on the second floor of CCSO headquarters, 3319 U.S. 41 E., Bldg. J., East Naples.

RCMA celebrates the success of many graduates who beat the odds. They overcame impoverished childhoods, followed the wisdom of caring adults and seized educational opportunities. They established track records of excellence and their successes started in their most formative years, in RCMA centers.

The exhibit runs through July 26 during normal business hours and is open to the public.

The exhibits featured at the Community Gallery rotate every three months. Opening receptions are held for each new exhibit to continually showcase the art and partnership of the participating organization. The Sheriff’s Office headquarters is a community building and welcomes all members of the public to come and view the exhibits.

The CCSO Community Gallery welcomes any local public service organizations interested in setting up a future exhibit.
