Second Arrest In Connection With North Naples Homicide

Deborah Moulton, 59, 1075 Hilltop Drive, has been arrested on a charge of principal in the first degree in connection with the death of Sergey Chepchugov. Detectives said their investigation determined that although Robert Moulton shot Chepchugov, Deborah Moulton played an active role in the events leading to the shooting. Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office served the Collier County arrest warrant on Deborah Moulton late Thursday afternoon in Lee County. She is currently being booked into the Lee County jail.

North Naples Man Charged With Second-Degree Murder

Collier County Sheriff's Office deputies have arrested a North Naples man in connection with the Sunday night shooting death of his neighbor.

Robert Moulton, 61, 1075 Hilltop Drive, has been arrested on a charge of second degree murder. Deputies say he shot Sergey Chepchugov, 41, 4425 Dorando Drive, at about 8:40 p.m. Chepchugov died of his injuries.

Moulton and his wife, Debra Moulton, 59, barricaded themselves in their home following the shooting. The CCSO SWAT unit was deployed. After several hours the couple exited the home and Robert Moulton was placed under arrest.
