Kevin Rambosk swore in newly appointed and promoted Collier County Sheriff's
Office employees at a recent ceremony.
Sheriff Rambosk administered the oath of office to new members at a ceremony at the Professional Development Center, 615 Third Ave. S., Naples, on Tuesday, Nov. 17. Recently promoted members were also recognized at the ceremony.
In front of their families, friends, and new colleagues, these men and women affirmed to carry out their duties as deputy sheriffs. They will serve in a variety of positions including patrol, Corrections, information technology, and dispatch.

Appointments:
Kathryn Bergquist was appointed to dispatcher. She was born and raised in Southwest Florida and is a graduate of Naples High School. She worked for Wayne Bergquist Guns and Gunsmithing in East Naples prior to coming to CCSO.
Jordan Cannistra was appointed to dispatcher. She was born in New York and raised in Naples. She graduated from Edison State College. She comes to CCSO from working in the hospitality industry.
Ann Conway was appointed to systems analyst. She was born and raised in Portugal. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she studied computer science. She has lived in Collier County for two years. She worked at Fidelity Investments prior to coming to CCSO.
Jennifer Fontella was appointed to dispatcher. A Florida native, she comes to CCSO from working in the real estate industry.
Dawn Gustafson was appointed to dispatcher. She was born and raised in Connecticut and has resided in Collier County for seven years. She earned a degree from Manchester Community College in Connecticut. She comes to CCSO from West Coast Home Health Care Agency.
Kayla Harp was appointed to Corrections officer. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and has lived in Collier County for four years. She earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Hodges University. She served three years in the Army, in Corrections and law enforcement.
Martin Hernandez was appointed to Corrections officer. He was born and raised in Southwest Florida. He is a graduate of Estero High School.
Francesco Lagravinese was appointed to jail technician. The New York native has lived in Collier County for 11 years and is a graduate of Gulf Coast High School. He was a lifeguard at Sun n Fun Lagoon prior to joining CCSO.
Christopher Ledoux was appointed to bailiff. He was born and raised in Massachusetts and is a graduate of Anna Maria College, where he studied criminal justice. He served in the Air Force. He comes to CCSO with 26 years of prior law enforcement experience working for the City of Fitchberg Police Department in Massachusetts, where he was a detective.
Kristine Lotoski was appointed to Corrections officer. She was
born in New York City, raised in Connecticut and attended high school and
undergraduate school in Massachusetts. She earned a bachelor’s degree in
English from the University of Massachusetts and her master’s of social work
from the University of New England. She is working on a second master’s degree
in the field of criminal justice. Prior to joining CCSO she worked in public
and private secondary schools and social work agencies.
Fredelyne Mertilus was appointed to Corrections officer. She was born and raised in Southeast Florida and is a graduate of Florida International University, where she studied criminal justice and psychology. She comes to CCSO with 14 years of prior law enforcement experience working for the Florida Department of Corrections.
Dean Parks was appointed to Corrections officer. He was raised in Southwest Florida and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where he studied criminal justice. He served in the Army for 10 years, including multiple tours in Iraq and Bosnia. He joined CCSO in 2014 as a volunteer.
Mauricio Pastucci was appointed to dispatcher. He was born in Colombia and has been a Collier County resident for three years. He attends Florida SouthWestern State College. He served in the Air Force. He comes to CCSO from working at the Blood Center at Naples Community Hospital.
Loudie Pierre was appointed to dispatcher. She was born and raised in Southeast Florida and is a graduate of Keiser University. She worked for G4S Security Solutions Inc. prior to joining CCSO.
Jean Rivera was appointed to information technology network specialist. He was born and raised in Cuba and has lived in Collier County for five years. He has a degree in telecommunication He comes to CCSO from working at US Metropolitan Telecom.
Kevin Saliba was appointed to law enforcement officer. He was born and raised in New York and is a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. He comes to CCSO from the Baltimore Police Department.
Jesse Turner was appointed to Corrections officer. He was born and raised in Florida and is a graduate of Florida SouthWestern State College with a degree in criminal justice technology. He comes to CCSO from working at Arthrex.
Jacob Walker was appointed to community service deputy. He currently attends Florida SouthWestern State College, where he is studying criminal justice. He worked at Sports Authority prior to joining CCSO.
Promotions:
Jeffrey Magner was promoted to sergeant in the Criminal Intelligence Bureau. Sgt. Magner joined CCSO in 2006. After graduating from the law enforcement academy, he worked the midnight shift in the East Naples patrol district until joining the Crime Intelligence Bureau as a detective in 2013. He earned his master’s degree in public administration from Hodges University.
Thomas Orr was promoted to sergeant. He began his law enforcement career in 2004 working for the NYPD in the patrol division. He joined CCSO in 2006 and was assigned to the East Naples district. He moved to the North Naples district, where he served on the Special Enforcement Team for seven years until transferring to the Gang Unit, where he remained until his recent promotion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice management from Union Institute and University.
Jon Russo was promoted to sergeant. Sgt. Russo served four years in the Air Force as a Security Forces member and joined CCSO in 2005 as a patrol deputy in North Naples. He served on the Special Enforcement Team while in North Naples. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice management from Union Institute and University.
