The CCSO GovQA public records software for submitting and tracking records requests can now receive payments for records requested though the web portal, providing a faster, convenient method of payment. A GovPayNet fee applies for online payment processing.
A local criminal background (arrest) check listing Collier County arrest information only, showing dates of arrest and charges if any, on persons 18 years or older can now be requested on the GovQA public records software. Simply visit www.colliersheriff.org and click on “Get a CCSO Report” under the “How Do I?” tab located toward the upper right side. The last name, first name and date of birth are required to complete a criminal records check. The criminal records check will only be mailed to the address provided because they are printed on Collier County Sheriff’s Office letterhead and officially sealed. There is a charge of $5 for each criminal record check requested. A GovPayNet fee applies for online payment processing unless the criminal records check is picked up in person and payment is made by cash or check.
