Man Charged in Immokalee Shooting

An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged after shooting a man at an Immokalee convenience store parking lot in June 2007.

According to reports, Samuel Guerrero, 19, Immokalee, was at the Handy Food Store, 2902 Lake Trafford Road, on June 10 around 8:30 p.m. when a gray 4-door car drove into the parking lot and the passenger shot Guerrero in his left leg.

Guerrero personally knew the suspect and identified him as, Isaac Delgado, 18, 1008 Palm Drive.

Investigators found Delgado Wednesday morning at the Collier County Courthouse and charged him with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.
