A Golden Gate man threatened his roommate with a machete on Tuesday afternoon, deputies say.Renan Renaud Dorival, 36, 4401 20th Place S.W., began yelling at his roommate in their driveway because he did not want her friends visiting. He went inside the home briefly, came out with the machete and continued threatening her.
Deputies charged Dorival with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
