A neighbor, David Luck, 38, told deputies that Audia told him that someone had broken into the vehicles in the driveway between their residences. Luck went to check his 1999 white Buick four-door car and found that his Motorola walkie-talkie radio and coin tray were missing. Luck said he had locked his car doors.

The Motorola radio and coin tray were recovered in a nearby Dumpster during a search of the area.

Charles was arrested after deputies learned a third person may have been involved in the burglaries.

Etienne was arrested on additional charges of burglary and grand theft in connection with a separate incident.

Reports say Etienne broke into a car belonging to Linda Hernandez at 4261 Gulfstream Drive and stole two iPods and a purple and gray backpack sometime between 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. The iPods were valued at $395 each.
