Antonio M. Carralero, 35, 4859 22nd St. N.E., was charged with marijuana trafficking and possession of narcotic equipment.
Reports say deputies responded to a complaint of marijuana at Carralero’s residence around 5:30 p.m.
While deputies were speaking to Carralero, they noticed several modifications had been done to the residence, such as additional cooling units and lighting, that were consistent with that of a marijuana growing operation.
An investigation revealed that the south side of the house had been modified to grow marijuana.
The seized plants weighed more than 25 pounds and had a street value of $243,000.
