Collier County sheriff’s deputies recovered a stolen car early Tuesday and charged the owner’s former caretaker with the theft.Winnifred Mary Jackson-Lester, 43, 105 Wading Bird Circle, Apt. 104, North Naples was charged with grand theft auto.
Reports say Jackson-Lester stole a gold 2000 Buick Lesabre sometime between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday from a North Naples man she had once been a caretaker for. Jackson-Lester had not worked for the man since October 2007.
Deputies found the Lesabre in the parking lot of Lester’s apartment complex around 1:30 a.m.
