Deputies arrested a North Naples man early Thursday on charges he hit his 80-year-old mother on the head with a pot during an argument.Billy Blake Sisk, 54, 3402 Balboa Circle, was charged with battery-domestic violence on a person 65 years or older.
Reports say Billie Papineau told deputies that she and Sisk, whom she lives with, were arguing about their dogs. Sisk called her a name, grabbed her by her hair and dragged her through the kitchen.
Papineau said she grabbed a pot from the sink and hit Sisk in the head. Sisk took the pot from her and struck her on the side of the head with it, causing a 2-inch laceration, reports said.
Reports say Sisk is a documented habitual offender in Collier County
