A Golden Gate Estates woman was arrested on felony charges Wednesday after deputies say she illegally obtained prescription painkillers from a North Naples pharmacy.Misty Ann Shephard, 41, 255 1st St. N.W., was charged with fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance.
Reports say an investigation revealed Shephard used several aliases to obtain hydrocodone numerous times since November 2007 from the Target pharmacy at 2415 Tarpon Bay Blvd.
