WHAT: Armed robbery

SUMMARY: The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of an armed robbery at this restaurant.
A restaurant employee told deputies she was confronted in the kitchen area by two men wearing masks. One of the men pointed a gun at her and demanded money.
The two men took the employee to an office, where they filled a bag with an undisclosed amount of cash and then left through the back door.
Deputies with canines searched the area on the ground and in the air, but could not locate the robbers.
The robbers are each described as Hispanic, around 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 to 160 pounds. They both were wearing masks, white hooded sweatshirts, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
