Deputies recovered a stolen luxury car and a stolen pickup from a canal off Interstate 75 in Golden Gate on Tuesday.
Reports say deputies were investigating a report of a possible vehicle crash near the 90 mile marker of I-75 around 3:30 p.m.
No crash was found, however, deputies did find a silver 1990 Jaguar and a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup submerged in the canal on the north side of the highway, reports said.
The Jaguar was reported stolen in Collier County in 1995 and the pickup was reported stolen in Broward County in 2008, reports said.
