SUMMARY: A 48-year-old woman told deputies that Morgan broke into her trailer and sexually assaulted her.
Arrest reports gave this account:
The woman was sleeping in her bedroom with her door locked around 5 a.m. when she awoke to the sound of breaking glass. The woman told deputies that Morgan kicked in her bedroom door and attacked her.
Morgan was wearing a black hat, black shirt and loose fitting black pants and a gold chain with a medallion around his neck.
The woman told deputies she grabbed Morgan's necklace but didn't pull it off because she didn't want to upset him.
Deputies located Morgan at his residence. He was wearing baggie black pants and a gold medallion necklace.
Morgan denied being at the victim's residence and assaulting her.
He was arrested and charged with sexual battery and burglary with assault or battery.
