David Palumbo and Matthew Palumbo, both 19 of Lynnfield, Mass., were charged with hosting an open house party.
Reports say deputies were called to 492 Pine Ave. around 10:30 p.m. to investigate a complaint of a party involving under-age drinking. When they rang the door bell they heard someone inside yell “Cops!” Guests then ran out the back door and began jumping over a fence to flee, although deputies at the rear of the house were able to detain several of them, reports said.
Inside the house deputies found several open cans of beer as well as open bottles of rum, vodka and margarita mixer, according to reports.
