Update: 2 Arrested In EN Drive-By Shooting

UPDATE: Deputies arrested two people early Thursday on charges in connection with this shooting.

Elvin Yamil Pagan, 28, 6255 Vista Garden Way, Apt. B, East Naples, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Stephanie Rose Trimble 24, of the same address, was charged with obstruction of justice.

Arrest reports say Pagan was the passenger in a dark green Saturn driven by Trimble. Pagan fired around 10 shots at the teens before Trimble drove away.

Based on the description given by the teens, CCSO detectives returned to the area of the crime and were able to track down the car, which was parked outside Pagan and Trimble’s residence on Vista Garden Way.

A check of state Department of Motor Vehicles records revealed the Saturn was registered to Trimble, arrest reports said. The teens’ description of the driver resembled Trimble’s photo on her driver’s license, reports said.

When detectives knocked on Trimble’s apartment door, she answered and a man matching the description of the shooter, Pagan, was inside, reports said.
