Deputies arrested a 41-year-old man Monday night after they say he pushed a pregnant woman during an argument in North Naples.Joseph Caso, 1278 Belaire Court, was charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant victim, a felony.
Arrest reports say Caso pushed Amanda M. Hineline, 20, in the chest while he was attempting to get to her fiancé Brian Padovan, 21, during a heated argument shortly before 11 p.m. The three live together, reports said.
Hineline is seven months pregnant, according to arrest reports. She was taken to a local hospital for evaluation, reports said.
